Appen founded in 1996, is a global company that offers data solutions and services for machine learning and artificial intelligence. Our expertise includes having a global crowd of over 1 million skilled contractors who speak over 235 languages, in over 70,000 locations and 170 countries, and the industry's most advanced AI-assisted data annotation platform. Since September 2023, Appen has operated the new business in Vietnam.
Assist project managers on project delivery and performance management;
Assist project managers to analyze project requirements, make project plans and implement;
Work out quality assurance solution and make sure the project is delivered with good quality;
Propose project KPIs and implement incentives to motivate the team;
Train the new members in an effective way;
Complete the other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Yêu cầu

JLPT N1 certificate with: Vocabulary & Grammar score at least 30 points, Reading Comprehension at least 30 points.
Fluent English in reading, listening and speaking;
Can work independently;
Logical thinking, attention to details and hard-working;
Proficient in Office;
Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and conscientious work, and willing to work on-site.
Ability to plan, manage a team and resolve issues.
Ability to communicate with client and report to senior stakeholders.

Competitive salary range (24M including 90% basic salary + 10% performance bonus)
100% salary during 2-month probation;
