Innolab Asia has been appointed as the implementation partner for Open Innovation Vietnam - a national initiative launched by NATEC at TechFest 2018 to build an open innovation platform that connects corporates, SMEs with the startup ecosystem in Vietnam towards 2025 (Edtech, Crowdpitch, etc.)
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a proactive Project Assistant to work collaboratively with our team on specific short-term and long-term projects. In this role, you will oversee tasks delegated to you by the project manager, coordinate with all necessary vendors and service providers, and ensure that the project is moving forward on time and on budget.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work collaboratively with the Project Manager/ Director to deliver the project, KPI plan and prepare the necessary steps to organize the events;
Contribute to the entire project lifecycle (from idea brainstorming to finalize);
Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met;
Report updates verbally and in written form to the Project Manager/ Director;
Write report and presentation to the clients;
Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email.
REQUIRED QUALITIES
Open for entry level, newly-graduated students
Experienced in project management is a big plus
Open, dynamic, ready to communicate with partners
Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
Able to proactively address potential issues
Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Able to work independently with little supervision
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment
