Mô tả công việc
- Manage MAS projects. This includes: arranging meetings and communicating with customers and other business partners, collecting quotations from subcontractors (if any), coordinating project activities between the involved parties, etc. Ensure that orders from customers are fulfilled as agreed, accurately, and within scheduled time.
- Develop, co-ordinate and manage the development of local operational market access services portfolio to provide a one-stop, global market access service for testing and certification of electrical components and products as well as other business field products.
- Support the strengthening of partnerships with regulatory authorities, certification bodies and all other stakeholders involved in the market access process.
- Provide relevant business lines with the latest regulatory requirements and updates; support the Global MAS team by providing information related to country approvals.
- Review documents and prepare test reports.
- Coordinate with reviewers and certification office on the issuance of certificates/licenses.
- Deliver certificates/licenses to customers.
- Make contact with country agencies (authorities), rule makers; evaluate impact on existing services and extend information to the Products Manager.
- Prepare and submit monthly MAS report to the Regional MAS Manager (if requested).
- Create and keep up to date the approval schemes at MAS knowledge platform.
- Take initiative to support promotional activities and other countries' approvals.
- Prepare MAS service presentation and send to COD Managers. Optimize customer satisfaction through effective communication and managing the MAS processes in a timely, cost effective, professional and accurate manner.
- Ensure operational excellence is achieved and continuous improvement activities and methods are consistently applied.
Yêu cầu
College/ University degree
Good command of spoken and written English
At least 01 year experience in administrative support role and/or projects-related role
- Experience in working both independently and team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential and dealing with high position people
- Good knowledge of ISO requirement/ quality assurance
- Project management skills and teamwork qualities
- High analytical, observation and leadership skills
- High communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and time management skills
- Keep reading and understanding all related standards/ regulations/ requirements
