- Coordinate with relevant departments, monitor and promote sample progress to meet delivery schedule on time in quantity and quality.
- Responsible for project management of the factory .
- Responsible for communication between Xiamen and Vietnam to capture requests from customers and organize sample making at the Vietnam factory.
- Check equipment, materials, and documents related to new products .
- Coordinate with the Xiamen PM department to set a new model completion date according to customer requirements .
- Provide technical guidance to production technicians and operators
