Metrics and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics such as time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire, and other relevant data. Providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and process improvements.
Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in the workforce acquisition process and implementing best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Implementing effective candidate evaluation processes, including resume screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, and background verifications.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues associated with projects.
Other tasks to support the team as per the line manager's request.
