Mô tả công việc
The Project Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
This includes working with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, creating detailed project plans, managing resources and timelines, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to ensure successful completion.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and other related documentation
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Monitor resource utilisation and assignment of tasks
- Maintain up-to-date status reports of projects
- Prepare reports summarising project progress
- Escalate any issues or delays to the Project Manager
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Prepare status reports and presentations for internal/external stakeholders
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, costs, quality standards
- Ensure that projects are completed according to established quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) in a related field such as Business Administration or Project Management
