Your Background
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
10+ years of HSE experience, including 5+ years supporting large-scale industrial or greenfield construction projects.
Proven experience in manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure, or corporate real estate environments.
Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, risk management, contractor safety management, and incident investigation/root cause analysis.
Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent) and experience with HSE management systems (e.g., Gensuite, Intelex, Velocity) preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence multicultural project teams; proficient in Microsoft 365 and fluent in English (Vietnamese is a plus).
