This internship/graduate program is specifically designed for graduates who are interested in specializing as Project Managers. The purpose of this position is to provide support to the Senior Project Manager and Project Manager responsible for Commercial Fit-out projects on the client's side, with the ultimate goal of ensuring the successful delivery of projects according to the agreed-upon completion requirements.
As part of this program, you will have the valuable opportunity to work within our Project Management department and engage in 6-month rotations across our Occupier, Developer, and Industrial & Logistics projects. These rotations are designed to expose you to a diverse range of experiences, allowing you to work on different projects in various sectors. Through these rotations, you will gain hands-on experience and develop a well-rounded skill set in project management. This immersive learning experience will equip you with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel as a Project Manager.

• Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all project aspects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution
• Attend both online and on-site meetings, capturing accurate meeting minutes to keep clients and project stakeholders informed
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client standards, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and coordination of project data and documentation
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities to downstream contractors and vendors, and monitor project progress, summarizing updates for effective tracking
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps as necessary for required project documents
• Prepare reports for upper management, providing updates on project status and key metrics
• Report and escalate project issues and concerns to management as needed, ensuring timely resolution
• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of project management and successful project delivery
