In this
role, you will be instrumental in Vehicle Development Institute Department,
using your skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will
collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control,
VINFAST's suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the
future of transportation.
Work closely with leaders,
product managers and cross-functional teams in planning, scheduling, budgeting,
and tracking project performance.
Manage Plan-for-every-part for all Gate/all market, co-ordinate with internal departments (Engineers,
Purchasing, MC, Logistic, Warehouse) to make sure of delivery on-time of build schedule
Track and report program status, SOR, timelines, risks, and dependencies across R&D,
product development, and manufacturing projects.
Closely monitor critical milestones (Data Release, SOR, SOB, Tooling Kick-off, ETD/ETA of parts); proactively identify and escalate supply chain risks.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering (R&D), Logistics, and Quality Management teams to resolve issues and ensure parts are delivered on schedule to support project development milestones
Prepare executive-level
reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and highlight risks/issues.
Facilitate project reviews,
stage-gate meetings, and risk assessments.
Ensure alignment between
project objectives and organizational goals.
Drive continuous
improvement in project governance and delivery.
Coordinate with
cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, quality, and
suppliers.
Help build a project culture that
is data-driven, collaborative, and execution-focused.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in a
PMO or project management role.
Proficient in MS Project, JIRA, or other project management tools.
Familiarity with automotive
development life cycles (e.g., V-Model, ASPICE, A-SPDP).
Strong analytical,
organizational, and communication skills.
Experience in project
financial tracking, risk management, and change control.
Strong analytical and reporting
skills using Excel, Power BI, or Google Sheets.
Competent in English, both
written and verbal
Results-oriented with
ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
Resilient, self-motivated,
and able to work well under pressure, technical mindset
PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner, or similar certifications (Preferred)
