Position Overview
· Cooperates with each department to contribute to the achievement of Sales Department targets with an understanding of the value and sales strategy of Swagelok/Swagelok Vietnam.
· Collaborates actively to leverage individual abilities and organizational strengths to improve sales by targeted sales opportunities.
· Supports development of marketing strategies for focus markets.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Discover definite sales opportunities based on Swagelok Vietnam's marketing processes and contribute to achievement of targets by creating and managing opportunities/ projects in order to win against the competition using a multi-layer sales approach.
· Collaborate with the Marketing Department to carry out segmentation of markets and customers based on analyses of the market, customers and competitors.
· Develop positioning that can maximize the value of Swagelok Vietnam to customers who present major sales opportunities.
· Formulate and implement tactics for sales opportunities in the areas of product, service, price, distribution and advertising.
· Build relationships with the management layer of target customers to promote business growth.
· Actively inform management and the team of the progress of activities to accelerate cooperation.
· Develop a systematic understanding of sales tools, including the pricing program, and actively use them to improve sales.

Academic and Professional Experience:
Required:
· Four-year university degree or equivalent academic ability
· Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, project management skills, and knowledge of Swagelok products, services and applications
· Ability to plan and implement measures to improve employee skills through appropriate guidance and advice to subordinates
· English language ability: able to understand English-language documents and communicate with personnel at Swagelok (including orally and by email)
