PROJECT MANAGEMENT ( TECH)

You want to be an important member of a strong team of other developers who take pride in their work and support each other. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for handling certain projects and working directly with the management board.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Our company has various projects including website, native apps, and fully integrated Customer Experience System designed from the ground up to provide easy and flexible solutions for real estate business.
Agent App to work with Real Estate agents in the market. Empower them by giving access to listings, customers, and other resources.
Website to attract customers and landlords to work with us.
Customer Experience System for sales, marketing, property teams internal to the company to manage and utilize the full spectrum of products.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
1. Project execution (70%)
• Document technical designs, processes, and create requirement analysis documents.
• In charge of tracking implementation and providing recommendations and informing stakeholders about potential threats.
• Conduct restrospective, sprint review, and cooperate with Team Lead, BA, and QC to build timeline plan for delivery.
• Responsible for observing, reporting, and dealing with all issues related to the project...
• Coordinate with Stakeholders, Outsource, QA, CTO to make sure the project is executed smoothly.
2. Leadership (30%)
• Lead and motivate the development team, supervise and evaluate team members.
• Be in charge of employee performance reviews and the company's Objectives.
• Coach and mentor middle/senior developers.
