Mô tả công việc
• Assist in developing detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and timelines.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with the overall project objectives.
• Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Conduct project documentation according to Project Management standards
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team regularly to ensure that it meets the project standards
• Communicate with sponsors and stakeholders to keep them informed on project progress.
• Monitor all budgeted project expenditures.
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required level of quality.
• Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Coordinator or in a similar role for at least 3 years, preferably within the banking/finance/fintech industry.
• Good understanding of technical areas/ operations of banking/finance/ fintech.. industry
• Skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• The ability to work autonomously by meeting deadlines, managing priorities, and being agile to adapt to flexible timeframes.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage own time well and prioritize competing work demands effectively.
• Ability to use English seamlessly in a working environment.
