Project Manager (7 Months Contract)

• To drive the execution of activities required to implement a strategic change program for the organisation. This involves the professional use of organisational change management disciplines and the Projects in the National methodology and tools.
• Generally report to and work directly with Project Leadership to deliver the change management work steam on a program/project and/or under the direction and guidance of a more senior change management professional on larger, more complex programs or projects.
• Often the most senior day-to-day Change Management resource on a program/project, hence the role is expected to demonstrate leadership and drive the definition and successful completion of change management activities.
• Will be either dedicated full-time to a single program/project or work across a number of smaller projects and initiatives simultaneously. Typically, they will be responsible for driving/ delivering change programs for programs or projects.
• On larger programs of work may have formal leadership responsibilities, requiring them to provide day-to-day direction, coaching and support to any reporting team members (Senior Change Analysts and/or Change Analysts) working on the program or project. Ultimately responsible, in conjunction with Project and Business.
• Leadership, for ensuring that change is effectively and proactively managed and that impacted business areas experience a smooth transition, which minimises operational risk and disruption.
• Contribute to the wider NAB Change community through sharing expertise.
