Project Manager - Academic Department

- Educate and Train: Train team members and team leaders in Academic and Production team, transitioning from Waterfall to Agile/Hybrid to understand and implement Scrum/Kanban principles and methodologies.
- Bridge Communication: Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and the team.
- Support Product Owners: Assist Product Owners/Academic Managers in defining product goals and managing the backlog effectively.
- Facilitate Scrum Events: Ensure Scrum ceremonies (sprints, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) are conducted effectively and within the designated timeframes.
- Sprint Implementation: Plan, advise, and implement Scrum methodologies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Task Coordination: Organize and manage tasks to keep the Scrum/Kanban framework running smoothly.
- Monitor Progress: Oversee the Scrum process and remove any obstacles that impede the team's progress.
- Focus on Value: Help the team focus on delivering high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as required by management.

- Salary range: From VND 25,000,000 up to VND 40,000,000 month
