Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Manager (Construction, $1500, ID14459)
Organizing the implementation of procedures, application for construction permits, construction sites
Organize and manage the construction of works in the project area according to approved design drawings and planning criteria;
Organize the supervision, management and urge the contractor on the quantity, quality
Review, sign and approval of payment settlement documents,
Organize the collection of documents for acceptance and completion of the works and report to the Board of Directors for the Company
Organize the management of the warranty work; evaluate and check the quality and implementation progress
Organize the storage and preservation of records formed during the performance of functions and duties of the Project Management Board;
Requirement
Gender: Male / Female. Age: 30 - 45 years old
Graduated from university or higher
At least 05 years of experience in similar positions at manufacturing companies
Good at English
