We're looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to grow our product, as well as coordinate with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure.

Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is desired.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the CEO and Head of Product to define the product roadmap, product strategy and product vision.
• Accountable for a clear set of business and product metrics.
• Oversee the work progress of the product team to make sure their work goes in line with our roadmap.
• Combining data, market research, and industry best practices to understand the problems, and identify the opportunities to create value.
• Driving the effort to transform business problems into validated and effective solutions.
• Working in close collaboration with business owners, customer teams, and engineering design teams to prioritize and grow the product, and maximize value for customers.
• Directly work with clients to drive expectations and get requirements.
• Measuring the results introduced by new changes, deciding and communicating the success or failures, identifying the key learnings, and sharing with the rest of the team.

• 5+ years of work experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager, with at least 3 years working as a Product Manager.
• Good understanding of the process to build software from end-to-end.
• Well organized and have great attention to detail.
• A can-do attitude and are willing to work hands-on.
• Experience with client-facing, on multiple projects at the same time.
• Experience from successfully delivering high quality, especially consumer-facing products is a big plus.
• Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in working with agile / scrum methodologies
• Experience in working with UX & UI design is a plus
