Mô tả công việc

- Obtain quotes from suppliers to make quotations for each project and send to head office in the U.S.
- Receive orders from head office in the U.S.
- Keep track of the order status from issuing to suppliers to delivering to customers and follow up with any arising problems after delivery.
- Communicate constantly with relevant departments in head office in the US to ensure all information about orders and deliveries are clear and up to date.
- Provide full information to suppliers to ensure suppliers understand products, quality requirements and all standards for packing, packaging and drop test.
- Regularly report production progress and check the actual production status at factories.
- Make sure suppliers deliver orders on time with good quality products.
- Handle payment documents and payment issues related to projects.
- Work with forwarding partners.
- Co-operate with other related departments to deliver the best work.

Yêu cầu

- Have at least 3 year-experience with U.S Hospitality Furniture.
- Good command in oral and written English (working with U.S boss & U.S office). Having Chinese is highly preferred.
- Able to travel to factories regularly to keep track of production progress.
- High sense of responsibility, attentiveness, and eagerness to learn.
- Able to work under HIGH pressure and work INDEPENDENTLY.
- Have good adaptability and flexibility skills.
- Working day from Monday to Friday. Working on Saturday is required on peak season (6 months).
