Project Manager - PMO dept Business Analyst, English

OBJECTIVES

Proactively and professionally manage projects aimed at improving efficiency with help of technologies, improve the company's products and services, be a useful contact point between department and other units, between company and other partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan, organize and manage projects from scoping phase to implementation.
2. Identify resource requirements (defined skills, competencies, roles and responsibilities) to assemble the project team.
3. Lead and direct cross-functional teams to deliver projects within the constraints of quality, scope, schedule and budget.
4. Conduct ROI (Return on Investment) analysis and business case studies for project approval
5. Work closely with business sponsors and internal teams to evaluate business. scope/objectives, assess impacts to the project and develop the most cost-effective and efficient solutions.
6. Develop detailed status reports and summarized executive updates.
7. Coordinate project deliverables across all areas of the organization and vendors.
8. Build a high performance project team by leading, mentoring, motivating and inspiring individuals to meet project requirements.
9. Alert management to project issues such as cost, schedule or scope change.
10. Negotiate resolutions to project issues where cost, schedule, scope or quality are at risk.
11. Ensure all project deliverables are completed according to plan(s).

REQUIREMENTS

Education

• University Graduate - major: Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar.

Experience

• Min. 3 years of working experience in finance (banking, insurance, investment, audit, consulting, etc.) and IT.
• Min. 1 year of experience in project management/participation in projects
• Exposure with IT related project management is a huge advantage

Technical Skills

• Proficient computer skills, including MS-Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio and reporting tools)
• Proven success in the following job competencies:
  • Project Planning, Scheduling, Tracking and Reporting.
  • Project Management Lifecycle.
  • Risk and Issue Planning.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
