Oversee multiple projects and ensure consistent profit margins.
Supervise and train Project Executive teams in executing day-to-day operations including briefing, planning, pitching, executing, reporting, and billing.
Focus on maintaining high levels of customer service, operational excellence, and strategic insight.
Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction.
Report to the Project Director.

Yêu cầu công việc
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, campaign/project management, team development, and planning skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, along with interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.
Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
3+ years of experience in leading/managing WOM/social/influencer campaigns.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, campaign/project management, team development, and planning skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, along with interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.
