● At least 2++ year of PM experience for IT outsourcing company for Japanese customer projects
● Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 with strong communication skills
● Have base on
IT comtor/BA experience
● Working knowledge of English technical terminology relevant to software development and ability to understand and communicate technical concepts accurately across languages
● Demonstrated track record of successfully leading communicator teams across multiple projects
● Proven ability to manage workload distribution among team members while maintaining translation consistency
● Team-oriented mindset
