Việc làm Project Manager

Mô tả công việc

Coordinate all aspects of a project throughout the software development process
Communicate project status and issues with the management team.
Lead and evaluate projects and personnel, including the creation and management of project deadlines, budgets, and activities
Trace project status, achievements, timings, risks, open issues, etc.
Lead the development team to ensure that assigned duties meet the business requirements and the company's objectives
Share the client's feedback with the departments and propose continuous improvement areas of the involved parties (if needed).
Build and maintain a strong relationship with key internal and external stakeholders.
Mentor and provide guidance to project members
For this position, you will report to CTO.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience as a Software/IT Project Manager in an IT company.
At least 2 years of experience in project manager or team leader role
Strong experience in project planning, tracking, requirement management, risk management, and communications management
Good English (written and communication)
Possess a good technical background
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to gain cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, team members, and other departments.
