Job Description summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external parties to make sure large projects are flawlessly executed within set time and budget.
The Project Manager will report directly to the Customer Service Manager
Key Responsibility:
1. Managing customer projects (project coordination, quality, scheduling, and cost monitoring according to Big Dutchman process) from design phase through (planning) to customer transfer.
2. Support of Senior PM in cross-BU / segment projects through executing
subprojects (BU or segment).
3. Approval of the technical specifications of farm's equipment or drawings.
4. Monthly project reporting.
5. Assurance of assembly and commissioning readiness as well as support and monitoring of assembly and commissioning processes.
6. Deviation management in coordination with Sale Manager/National
Sales Manager / MD (under Big Dutchman process / approval level).
7. Coaching for junior project manager / project engineers.
8. Contact customers and various internal and external positions.
9. Provides technical assistance to Sales and Business support team.
10. Organize / lead the meetings to interact with cross BU 's or with inter department such as Sales / Business Support / Supply chain / Finance & CS etc.
11. With sound knowledge of presentation skills to conduct / lead the external meetings with customer / consultant / end-user.
12. Others as assigned
Requirements:
● Bachelor's in mechanical/
electrical engineering or higher
● Min 2 years' experience as a junior project manager.
● PMP Cert is advance
● Minimum 2 successfully closed customer projects (> 1 million EUR, equipment & service supply).
● Advance business acumen is recommended.
● English in business level.
● Able interpret and implement contracts.
● Able to define and schedule work packages and tasks in their area of responsibility.
● Able to travel at short notice.
● Resourceful, flexible & able to work under pressure.
● Open for international assignments and trainings.
