Project Manager

• Participate in solution planning and development projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and define client requirements for new solutions.
• Manage project scope, tasks, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain quality and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and testers.
• Ensure solution quality through effective communication and adherence to best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in software development.
• Experience in solution planning or development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Proven ability in task and schedule management and risk management.
• Average English communication skills for team collaboration. [Preferred]
• Experience in web application development.
• Familiarity with Java programming and frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
• Technical understanding of backend systems and APIs.
