Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for promoting and supporting the adoption of Scrum by helping the team and stakeholders understand Scrum theory, principles, values, and practices.
- Ensure the Scrum process is implemented properly and effectively.
- Coach teams to build and enhance cross-functionality and self-organization.
- Work closely with the
Product Owner to manage and optimize the product backlog.
- Efficiently facilitate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Enable the team to complete their work proactively, without imposing or dictating tasks.
- Lead discussions, foster decision-making, and resolve conflicts within the team.
- Promote the removal of obstacles for the team and accompany them with a servant
leadership approach.
- Train and coach teams, projects, initiatives, and stakeholders to adopt empirical thinking,
iterative incremental development, lean mindset, and Scrum values.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve the overall effectiveness of Scrum
implementation across the organization.
Yêu cầu
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding of Scrum frameworks, methods, techniques, and artifacts.
- Knowledge of software development processes: design, development, testing, and
deployment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
- Good understanding of the technologies used by the team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to remove impediments
effectively.
- Coaching, facilitation, and team-building skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a strong advantage.
