1. JOB PURPOSE
The Project Sales Engineer is responsible for developing and managing project sales for Heat Pump and Water Heater solutions, working closely with consultants, contractors, developers, and project-related partners to achieve sales targets and expand brand presence in the project market.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1. Project Sales Development
• Identify, approach, and develop project opportunities in residential and commercial sectors (apartments, hotels, resorts, hospitals, schools, factories, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project owners, MEP contractors, consultants,
developers, and project dealers.
• Manage the full project sales cycle from design stage, specification, tendering, quotation, contract signing, delivery, to handover.
2.2. Technical & Project Support
• Provide technical consultation and suitable solutions for Heat Pump and Water Heater systems based on project requirements.
• Read, understand, and modify technical drawings (layout, system diagrams, MEP drawings).
• Coordinate with internal technical teams and the manufacturer to prepare:
o Technical proposals and solution drawings
o Specifications, submittals, BOQ, datasheets, and catalogs
• Support technical coordination during installation, testing, and commissioning when required.
2.3. Sales & Commercial Activities
• Prepare quotations and participate in commercial and contractual negotiations.
• Ensure assigned sales targets and project KPIs are achieved.
• Maintain accurate project pipeline updates and regular sales reports.
2.4. Relationship Management & Brand Development
• Maintain long-term relationships with key project stakeholders.
• Support and participate in technical training, product presentations, workshops, and project-related events when required.

Sales Director3. JOB REQUIREMENTS
3.1. Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, MEP, Thermal Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in project sales.
• Experience in HVAC, sanitary ware, water heaters, heat pumps, or MEP systems is a strong advantage.
• Existing relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, or project dealers are highly preferred.
3.2. Skills & Competencies
• Ability to read and revise technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).
• Good understanding of project sales processes, tendering, and specification work.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• English communication skills sufficient for technical discussion and email correspondence.
• Willing to travel for project-related work.
