What You Will Do at JJ-LAPP:
• Project Development: Identify and develop new project opportunities in M&E construction (buildings, factories, resorts...), collect project data, assess potential, and build strategic customer networks.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, contractors, M&E/ELV integrators, and design consultants to stay updated on design changes, bidding plans, and project progress.
• Technical & Commercial Coordination: Work closely with the technical team to prepare quotations and technical-economic proposals accurately and on schedule.
• Contract Negotiation & Execution: Participate in contract negotiation and signing; monitor project progress; support acceptance, delivery, payment, and contract closure.
• Planning & Reporting: Conduct regular business reviews and propose upcoming sales strategies and targets.
Yêu cầu
What We're Looking For:
• College degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Construction.
• At least 3 years of experience in project sales in M&E, ELV, industrial equipment, or construction.
• Experience in tender preparation, estimation, or handling large construction projects is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of the M&E construction market and project implementation process.
• Strong relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, design consultants, and investors are highly advantageous.
• Basic English proficiency (able to read and write professional emails).
