PIXXOR is a leading provider of high-quality printing solutions. We are looking for a driven, proactive, and results-oriented Project Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City.
Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify, approach, and expand new business opportunities focusing on project-based clients (e.g., hospitals, hotels, resorts, corporate offices).
- Client Engagement: Directly consult with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and propose tailored printing solutions.
- Sales Management: Maintain active communication, follow up on sales pipelines, and re-engage dormant accounts to drive sales volume.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure high service quality and on-time delivery.
- System & Compliance: Update client records and meeting logs in the internal system (NP System), ensuring all operational activities comply with standard working procedures.
- Reporting: Analyze and report monthly sales performance to the direct manager, proactively suggesting strategic improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in B2B, project-based industries,
telesales, or retail. Experience in Project Management or local Vietnamese market context is a strong advantage.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Languages: Native Vietnamese with good conversational English for internal reporting.
Key Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and client consultation skills.
Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, creative, and eager to present new ideas.
