• Identify and develop B2B projects (resorts, apartments, international schools, high-rise buildings, etc.) through proactive market research and networking.
• Engage with key B2B clients (corporations,
developers, hotel chains, international schools) and establish strategic partnerships with System Integrators (SIs), dealers, and other B2B-focused partners.
• Oversee end-to-end sales processes, including project approaching, bidding, contract negotiation, and payment follow-ups (Accounts Receivable). Monitor project delivery timelines and milestones.
• Continuously update and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing dynamics to refine bidding and sales approaches.
• Provide frequent sales progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Sales, preferably in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, or high-value B2B sectors.
• Basic understanding of technical specifications (e.g., Consumer Electronics) is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Business English (written and spoken).
