1. Team &
Business Leadership
• Manage, coach, and develop the PRJ/ODM sales team.
• Build and execute annual sales plans; track KPIs and pipeline.
2. TA Partner Management
• Lead collaboration with TA Partners to secure project information and ensure LS panels/components are specified.
• Support technical/commercial issues; manage license renewal.
3. Spec-in & Project Sales
• Drive spec-in with owners, consultants, and investors for MV/LV SWGRs, MTR, Busduct, C-Box, S&S.
• Oversee proposal preparation, solution presentations, and key account engagement.
• Manage project sales execution and negotiations.
4. Distribution & Industrial Projects
• Grow distribution business (C-Box, Switch & Socket); expand 2nd-dealer network.
• Lead development of factory/industrial zone projects.
5. ODM & Automation Support
• Expand ODM business and support new product development (LV ATS, Capacitor, Oil TR).
• Support automation projects and partner development (SI, Panel Makers, Machine Builders).
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in MV/LV projects, with team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of project sales, spec-in, and channel development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Good English proficiency; proactive and result-driven.
