Mô tả công việc

• To make plan and follow up on sales, operation schedule to ensure maximum occupancy of rental units (Group level)
• Responsible for tenancy negotiations for all tenants and attend to/resolve any tenancy related matters.
• Negotiate leasing terms and oversee the preparation of Offers and Tenancy Agreements.
• Collaborate with departments and Group's entity to compile property data, summary reports, maps, status updates
• Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
• Conduct market research and provide up to date information on the industry support tenants.
• Monitor and research on market trends and the competition landscapes for business planning and strategy. Highlight market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry to Managements.

• Actively work with internal departments for efficient execution of strategies.
• Timely report as per on request of Board of Directors
• Any other works that assign

Yêu cầu

*Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- 3- 5 years of working experience at Manager Position. Preferable in the real estate industry.
*Skills:
- Understanding of market research and data analysis, having analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude, attention to detail
- Highly motivated personality with willingness to learn and pursue excellence in his/her professional development
- Good at number, excellent in Microsoft, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Good working attitude, high level of initiative and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, as well as interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning, analytical, presentation and organizational skills
