OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
• Work Preparation position: Responsible for creating order BOM for factory in VN in a shared service center with European work preparation team, deep understanding of demands in production to apply in ERP application.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate is expected to fulfill his/her tasks outlined as to:
• Local Work Preparation position:
o Create order BOM for factory VN as shared service center with European work preparation team
o Adjust master data in ERP system to cover demands of local production
o Support VN-team in planning of capacities and material demand
o Other tasks assigned by Directors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Have at least 5 years' experience working in a similar function.
• Work preparation position needs a thorough understanding of the whole procedure of the manufacturing environment including planning.
• Needs a thoroughly understand of all functions of a manufacturing plant (planning, production, supply chain, logistics, purchasing, finance)
• Be familiar with modern ERP system like SAP, ORACLE, EPICOR .... and bring in a strong IT focus.
QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor's degree preferably of Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering-related Disciplines
• At least basic knowledge manufacturing processes.
• Professional with MS Office and Excel high level.
• Good command of written and spoken English is required.
• Excellent skill of task self-organization with high responsibility and accuracy
• Good communication skills and capability of problem-solving and team working, with local colleagues as well as colleagues in Europe.
• There is no shuttle bus, preferer candidates who is relocation or live in Binh Duong, Thu Duc, Bien Hoa, District 9, District 12 ...
