Mô tả công việc
• Overall daily operational management at project sites
• Take over as-built drawings and legal documents of the project from the construction department
• Check construction handover defects, and follow up with the main contractor for rectification during the DLP (Defect Liability Period)
• Administer all outsourcing service providers (maintenance, security, cleaning...)
• HSE management and local authorities' liaison, ensure compliance with all related regulatory
• Budgeting annually, monitoring and controlling Opex & Capex
• Responsible for vetting and checking all approval papers are complied with SOPs, DOA
• Deal with Insurer for incidents claim for compensation process
• Ensure all facilities/utilities ordered/used by customers to be recorded for billing accordingly
• Weekly/ Monthly or when required report to Superior
• Manage tenant lease expiry for renewal in time
• Monitor tenant arrears and follow up on rent and ad-hoc payment
• Other requirement duties assigned by superior

• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and attention to detail
• Opened mindset, will-do attitude, studiousness, and good communication skills.
Education and Experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education
• Year of experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and make decision
- Strong customer service, and communication skills
- Background MEP system, principle of technical operation
• Language skills: Fluently speaking and writing English
• Computer skills: Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, preferably AutoCAD
