Main responsibilities
- Independently evaluate customer requests for quotes (RFQ) requirements and customer required specifications
- Validate that our product offering will meet the RFQ requirements.
- Collaborate with sales engineers and service operations team regarding proposal methods.
- Continuously improve business by delivering smart proposal and total solution to sales
- Generating proposal with option and value based on customer segmentation.
- Utilize Customer relation management (CRM) system properly and follow up through the sales lifecycle with sale and admin team.
- Maintain accurate records of all proposal and follow up to ensure output is aligned with Service target.
