Mô tả công việc
1. Sourcing competitive suppliers.
2. Negotiate contract terms (payment term, delivery term,...) and pricing.
3. Preparation of Purchase Order to Supplier (Local / Overseas) in M3 and in supplier's system/order form.
4. Track orders day by day and ensure timely delivery, update ETD/ ETA for each PO to plan & BU team.
5. Co-operate with MQA, production to complain or get replacement in case quality of purchased products is not matching with requirement.
6. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage, reduces inventory by make the most of suitable materials.
7. Collect all required documents then send to Accounting Department for supplier payments (advance only).
8. Input order details (vendors, quantities, prices...) into internal databases M3.
Yêu cầu
Education: College
Language: English.
Kỹ năng vi tính/ Computer knowledge: Excel, PowerPoint, Typing.
Có kiến thức về/ Having knowledge of: International Commerce, Garment Industry.
Kỹ năng thiết yếu/ Essential skills: Team work, High responsibility, Communication/ Negotiation, Work arrangement/ Time management, Being flexible, Solving skills, High pressure.
Số năm kinh nghiệm/ Number of experience year: 2 year
Tính cách/ Personality: Careful, honest.
