Mô tả công việc

1) SCOPE OF WORKS:
Assists Chief Accountant in providing the management with accurate, timely, and relevant financial data; managing the purchasing function to ensure the protection of assets and adherence to established policies and procedures.
2) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
• Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
• Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
• Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
• Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
• Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
• Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.

Yêu cầu

1) EXPERIENCE:
.
- At least 4-6 years of purchasing experience
- Competent in PC software.
- Possess good management skills and problem solving skills
2) OTHER SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Teamwork & Independent.
• The ability to listen to customers as well as the acumen when approaching customers.
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Good Communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work in high pressure environment.
• Knowledge of the business area and market segmentation for business
• Opera Catering System or Opera (PMS), LANYON, all Microsoft Programs
• Convey a high level of understanding of the importance of attention to detail.
