Mô tả công việc
We are recruiting for this position to support our Purchasing Executive, who will be going on maternity leave in the coming months.
The main duties include:
Issue purchase orders for materials, consumables, and tools as assigned.
Monitor delivery timelines and resolve any issues with vendors.
Act as a liaison between the technical and QC teams and outsourcing machining vendors to ensure all parts meet quality standards.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams on goods delivery.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Comprehensive training will be provided by our team.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Good written English and Vietnamese ( Spoken English is refer)
Clear and reliable communication to the suppliers and internal management team and colleagues
High sense of integrity
Proactive and positive attitude
Drive for results, strong sense of quality and reliability
1 - 2 years' experience in purchasing/ procurement in CNC machining/ casting/ mechanical production
Experience in workshop / production management
