JOB DESCRIPTION
We are responsible for sourcing raw materials and packaging materials for the products Ottogi Vietnam manufacture and sell, providing the foundation for our product quality and cost competitiveness.
The position requires adherence to laws and principles, as well as a high level of responsibility and ethical awareness. The company's competitive edge starts with procurement, and the role demands a sense of mission to supply cost-effective and high-quality primary packaging materials in a timely manner to optimize value creation. Through this procurement role, you will interact with external suppliers of primary packaging materials and internal departments such as R&D, sales, and manufacturing, allowing you to grow as a procurement expert in a rapidly changing global environment.
Job Description for Procurement Department:
1. Procurement of Primary Packaging Materials for Food Products:
• Negotiate with suppliers based on a fundamental understanding of quality, price, and delivery.
2. Import (Trade) Duties:
• Import primary packaging materials from overseas based on a basic knowledge of trade. (Business English conversation skills are essential)
• Make and review export/import documents.
3. Monitoring Market Conditions and Major News:
• Stay informed about global market conditions and news related to primary packaging materials and apply this knowledge to your work.
