Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers locally and internationally
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to optimize costs
Prepare and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery
Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to manage inventory levels
Monitor product quality and handle supplier-related issues
Analyze market trends and consumer demand to propose suitable product assortments
Prepare periodic reports on
purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing/procurement
Prefer candidates with experience in retail/supermarket chains (e.g., Maxidi, Bách Hóa Xanh, or similar)
Good command of English
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good analytical and cost management abilities
Proficient in Excel or purchasing management tools
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
