Mô tả công việc

Job Purpose:
Learn about products, develop supplier networks to be able to purchase goods, perform services or projects according to the requirements of departments within the company effectively, on time and fully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase goods according to the requirements of the department that needs to be used
+ Contact the purchasing request department to understand information about purchasing goods, services, and projects
+ Find out prices and accompanying incentive policies and make price comparisons
+ Make orders and purchase contracts
+ Request compensation for items that do not meet quality standards and resolve product warranties
+ Monitor and complete payment documents
- Monitor supplier management
+ Get Supplier information and register supplier information
+ Monitor and urge suppliers to deliver goods promptly, sufficiently and according to requirements
+ Contact suppliers to resolve problems that arise during the implementation of purchases, services or projects
- Check and make reports on purchases, and other requests of the board of directors
- Perform other tasks as requested by superior management

Yêu cầu công việc

Educations Background : University, College
Major: marketing
Professional Experiences : Minimum 1 year
Job Competencies:
1. Have general knowledge of products and services in the market
2. Ability to use Thai and be able to read English
3. Use good software Microsoft Office
Managerial Competencies :
1. Time management and work planning
2. Good negotiation and persuasion ability
Other required
1. Honest, enthusiastic, responsible work
2. Can work independently and in groups
3. Dynamic, adapts well to the environment and has the ability to work in a high pressure environment.
