Key responsibilities include but are not limited to
1. Conduct Quality Audits and Inspections:
Perform quality audits and inspections to assess compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement
2. Identify Quality Issues and Recommend Improvements
Identify quality issues in the production process and propose feasible improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency
3. Aggregate Standards and Product Testing
Aggregate and develop testing standards and protocols for products to ensure they meet the required quality and standards
4. Create and Manage Testing Documentation and Results
Develop and organize all necessary documents related to testing processes and outcomes to ensure quality standards are met
5. Monitor, develop, and update progress with relevant departments
Monitor, develop, and update progress with relevant departments on new samples, mockups, labels, standards, or any issues related to product development and quality improvement.
Guarantee that standard documentation is readily available for relevant departments to ensure consistency and quality across processes.
6. Handle claims and complaints
Handle claims and complaints related to structural durability, packaging, or any product issues that fail to meet established testing quality standard
Ensure prompt resolution of issues related to standards and quality, prevent recurrence, and maintain overall product quality in line with company standards and customer expectations.
7. Manage Tasks
Receive tasks from managers/leaders and execute them according to the required plan/timeline
Report, update progress after completing tasks or when facing issues that require consultation
8. Problem-Solving
Identifying defects, analyzing root causes, and developing effective solutions to ensure product quality and compliance with standards
