QA Engineer (Aqp)

Position Overview
Together with Supervisor to assist department Managers to take charge of Advanced Quality Plan so as to make sure of the operation achieving quality, productivity and output goals and improve.
Key Responsibilities
1. Be responsible of customer quality standards. Ensure the standards, instructions are applied.
Deeply understand CSR and deploy to quality activities.
2. A part of P-FMEA function team
Establish quality documents such as control plan, quality standards, inspection instructions.
3. Coordinate for PPAP implementation.
4. Ownership for leading qualification tasks for NPI, transferring, to get stable process before sending to mass production, support for continuous improvement
5. Establish and implement Safe launch plan to related members
6. Participate quality meetings in plant and/or with customer and reports. Take part of defect analysis, abnormality report, follow up actions, customer complain
7. Take part for trial run, transferring and new product development.
8. Clearly understand self's and section's goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.
9. Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:
a. 6S & KAIZEN
b. Environmental Health Safety
c. RBA & Social Responsibility
d. Protection of company assets
