Job Description: QA Manager - Backpack & Handbag
Location: Sóc Trăng Province, Vietnam
Industry: Garment Manufacturing (Backpack & Handbag)
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes for backpack and handbag production.
Lead the QA/QC team to ensure product quality meets company standards and customer requirements.
Monitor and improve inspection procedures, testing methods, and defect prevention measures.
Work closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
Conduct audits, evaluate supplier quality, and implement corrective action plans.
Train and guide QA/QC staff to enhance quality management skills and awareness.
Prepare quality reports, analyze data, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Garment Technology or a related field is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience at a management level in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum 1 year of experience in QA/QC management for backpack and handbag production.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection processes, and compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good communication skills to coordinate with production, suppliers, and customers.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
