Drive and manage varies quality assurance activities for IQC, IPQC, OQA, and QE.
Handle customers' complaints and work with the team to investigate and make corrective and preventive action plans for improvements.
Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards and specifications.
Review and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality.
Prepare management review reports.
Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Điện tử/Kỹ thuật sản xuất hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan / Degree holder in Electronics / Manufacturing Engineering or related subjects.
Có hơn 10 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan, trong đó tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí quản lý trong lĩnh vực quản lý chất lượng, chất lượng khách hàng và cải tiến chất lượng /10+ years' relevant experience with at least 5 years' working in quality processes and customers' quality and quality improvement as a managerial position.
Thành thạo Quality Control Plans, 8D Reports, Six Sigma, DFMEA, PFMEA
Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh nói và viết / Good command of written and spoken English
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Điện tử/Kỹ thuật sản xuất hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan / Degree holder in Electronics / Manufacturing Engineering or related subjects.
