Việc làm QA Manager

Mô tả công việc

Establish the total quality management system from incoming materials to final product that ensure the quality of product meets the customer's requirements.
Write the key procedures, train VMDN staff on these procedures and ensure the implementation is verified by comprehensive internal audit plan.
Establish quality handbooks in level of components, finished goods, and ensure they are trained, visualized and implemented on the shop floors.
Conduct frequent quality calibration for QC, FC and Production.
Perform to audits weekly - monthly, depending on the external audit plan or required from other improvement projects.
Plan and participate in customer on-site audits.
Supervise, monitor, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions for quality issues and non-conformances found during internal and external audits.
Report findings found during internal audits to Managing Director and follow up on corrective action of non-conformances with relevant departments.
Analyze the quality data from inline inspection, final inspection and customers' feedback to propose strategic quality plan with the aim of continuously improving overall quality output and system.
Read and fully understand the customers' requirements on quality management system/process control/product quality standard and organize the training and deploy those requirements to relevant departments.
Proactively conduct product risk assessment (DFMEA and PFMEA) with relevant departments to avoid unwanted quality cost arising during mass production.
Participate in product quality review meeting with customers when needed
Ensure pre-SOP readiness for the success of new products for strategic customers.
Lead CAPA projects including preparation, follow-up, implementation, verification process.
Coordinate all quality improvement project meetings and present or lead presentations for project status reviews as needed.
Facilitate and maintain records of all internal and external communications relevant to assigned projects including meeting minutes.
Develops and maintains effective relationships with internal and external customers through effective and timely communication.
Prepare monthly report to Managing Director for major/critical QMS issues and propose an action plan to correct them.
Establish, monitor quality KPI and present quality performance periodically to Board of Directors with quality improvement plan to be proposed.
Implement other works as requested by Managing Director and commit to take actions with agreed timelines.

Experience:

Systems thinker, able to handle complex tasks and assignments
Ability to compose qualified procedures, work instructions
Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize data, reason logically and accurately, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to implement internal audits for company procedures, production processes.
Must be able to understand and solve quality issues at a detailed level
Structured approach to problem-solving
Working knowledge of DFMEA and PFMEA principles
Working knowledge of 8D Problem Solving, SPC
Excellent training, presentation and coaching skills
Proactively contribute ideas to set up and improve the quality assurance system.
Can-do attitude
Team player and change motivator

Qualifications:

Graduated from University. Quality Assurance/TQM, Automotive or furniture industry preferred
5 years of experience in Quality Management, including Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities in international manufacturing companies.
Able to read, write, speak, understand and satisfactorily communicate with others in English in person, over the phone and via email
Excellent knowledge MS office package, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point Presentation.

CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Working full time.
Willing to work overtime or on Saturday, Sunday (if the job requires).
