QA Manager

Provide leadership and technical expertise within Quality Assurance.
Ensuring that the development teams adhere to the principles, guidelines and best practices of the QA strategy as defined.
Focus on continuous QA improvements.
Building and maintenance of quality standards.
Monitoring of all the QA activities. Implement steps required to improve the processes.
Manage training and continuous learning of QA staff.
Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance and operate as a primary point of contact for the QA teams.
Direct the development of the QA/QC strategy, methodology, discipline and framework.
Lead quality and food-safety oversight for beef and cheese processing operations, in line with the Company's expansion into these categories.
Qualify and audit local Vietnamese suppliers and co-packers prior to onboarding, including on-site process reviews, as part of the Company's local sourcing strategy.
Define, implement and monitor upgraded temperature control standards across processing, cold storage and distribution (cold chain).
