Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Manager ($3500, Tooling, ID22852)
Manufacturing Operations & Quality Management:
Direct end-to-end manufacturing workflows to guarantee on-time order fulfillment, strict compliance with product specifications, minimal scrap rates, and reduced equipment downtime.
Uphold stringent quality control frameworks through precise adherence to tooling die life policies and established quality assurance procedures.
Drive operational efficiency using structured methodologies including 6S, Lean production principles, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
Equipment Maintenance & Environmental Standards:
Implement preventive machinery maintenance protocols to optimize asset longevity and eliminate unplanned technical disruptions.
Ensure total compliance with Vietnamese environmental regulations and industrial health and safety standards at all times.
Supply Chain, Customs & Administrative Leadership:
Manage strategic partnerships with raw material vendors to secure favorable pricing structures, consistent material quality, and balanced inventory levels.
Supervise broader administrative duties including inland/export logistics, shipping manifests, customs clearance procedures, industrial park landlord relations, and local regulatory authority affairs.
Team Building & Cross-Border Collaboration:
Leverage executive backing from Australian head office leaders and technical specialists in China to assemble and mentor a high-performing team of department heads, senior engineers, and production staff.
Establish a structured organizational flow to eliminate production bottlenecks and foster long-term workplace stability.
Requirement
Professional Background: 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience in the production of industrial fasteners.
Operational Competencies:
Profound mastery of production optimization, 6S, Lean manufacturing frameworks, and ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 quality/environmental management systems.
Demonstrated stability in employment history, exceptional organizational acumen, and proven capability in bottleneck mitigation.
Language Requirements : Professional fluency in English is mandatory. Multilingual competency spanning English, Chinese, and Vietnamese is a strong competitive advantage.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS (C&B)
Monthly Income: USD 3500, (covering self-arranged meals and commuting expenses).
Production Incentive: Monthly production performance bonus equal to 10% of base salary.
Biennial Executive Bonus: Biennial bonus paid every 2 years, equivalent to 2 full months of base salary (no annual 13th-month bonus structure).
Insurance Contributions: Social, health, and unemployment insurance contributions assessed against 100% full salary.
Overseas Training: Dedicated 1-month technical and operational training program at manufacturing facilities in China.
Relocation Allowance: Special relocation package
