Design, write, and execute test cases/test plans for web applications, dashboards, and integrations (manual and/or automated).
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across projects.
Identify, document, and track bugs/defects through to resolution, working closely with
developers.
Review requirements and user stories to ensure testability and flag gaps early.
Build and maintain automated test scripts where applicable, to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Validate data accuracy and integrity across CRM, BI, and reporting systems (e.g., Veeva, Power BI).
Collaborate with developers,
business analysts, and
project managers to ensure quality standards are met before release.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and documentation.
