Mô tả công việc
Design, write, and execute test cases/test plans for web applications, dashboards, and integrations (manual and/or automated).
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across projects.
Identify, document, and track bugs/defects through to resolution, working closely with developers.
Review requirements and user stories to ensure testability and flag gaps early.
Build and maintain automated test scripts where applicable, to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Validate data accuracy and integrity across CRM, BI, and reporting systems (e.g., Veeva, Power BI).
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality standards are met before release.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in software testing (manual and/or automated).
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect lifecycle management.
Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
Familiarity with bug tracking/test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail.
Ability to break down complex systems and anticipate edge cases.
Clear written and verbal communication, including writing precise bug reports.
Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams.
Proactive, results-oriented, and self-directed.
Detail-oriented with a disciplined, methodical work approach.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight release cycles.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with CRM/BI platforms (Veeva, Salesforce, Power BI).
Understanding of and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
ISTQB certification or equivalent.
Strong interest in emerging technologies.
