Own data accuracy, completeness, reconciliation and metric correctness for SOCOM outputs. Critical because GMV, commission, payout, creator and livestream figures may be used in leadership decisions and brand-facing reports.
What You Will Do
• Define data-quality checks for GMV, NMV, orders, traffic, CVR, ROI/ROAS, commission, payout, creator IDs, SKUs, campaigns and livestream sessions.
• Reconcile source exports, crawled data, API feeds, semantic tables, dashboards and AI-agent outputs.
• Maintain the data-issue log, root-cause analysis, freshness status and remediation tracking.
• Own human review of the data-quality agent and escalation of stale/missing/inconsistent data.
• Work with the Data Engineer to define validation rules, anomaly thresholds and acceptance criteria.
• Work with the BI Engineer so dashboards clearly show data freshness and confidence.
• Create a data-quality sign-off checklist before client-facing reports or leadership dashboards; train SMEs on reporting issues.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Experience / Industry (Must-Have)
• 2+ years in data quality, business analytics, finance operations, e-commerce operations, reporting QA or reconciliation.
• Strong Excel/Sheets and SQL basics; able to compare datasets and find inconsistencies.
• High attention to detail; comfortable with business-critical numbers.
• Understands e-commerce metrics (GMV, orders, conversion, commission, payout, ROI/ROAS).
Technical Proficiencies
Our current stack - openness to learn matters more than exact matches.
• Query - SQL basics; strong Excel/Google Sheets.
• Validation - Reconciliation and data-quality monitoring tooling.
• BI - Familiarity with BI dashboards and metric definitions.
Preferred Experience
• Marketplace, affiliate, creator, livestream, media or finance reconciliation data.
