We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Intern to support both Retail Marketing and Consumer Engagement (CE) functions across multiple beauty brands in Vietnam. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, trend-sensitive, creative, and passionate about beauty, social media, and retail execution.
The intern will work closely with the Retail Marketing and Consumer Engagement teams to support campaign execution, retail operations, social content, KOL coordination, and event preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Marketing Support
Coordinate monthly no-charge requests to stores for samples,
testers, collaterals, birthday gifts, and campaign materials.
Manage Global Merchandising Workflow (GMW) ordering and tracking for visual merchandising (VM) updates.
Support bulletin submission to Commercial Teams based on Retail Manager's plans and campaign timelines.
Assist in processing orders, administrative tasks, and operational coordination for retail campaigns.
Support store launch preparations, VM updates, festive campaigns, and in-store activations.
Track campaign assets, POSM deliveries, and ensure timely execution across stores.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth operational flow.
Consumer Engagement (CE) Support
Support management of social media content cadence across platforms including Instagram and Facebook.
Assist in creating up-to-trend content ideas aligned with current social, beauty, and cultural moments.
Support KOL/influencer management including outreach, coordination, product seeding, packing, and shipment preparation.
Assist in planning and execution of PR events, media gatherings, launches, and consumer activations.
Coordinate event logistics including RSVP tracking, product preparation, venue coordination, and post-event follow-up.
Monitor social trends, competitor activities, and viral content opportunities to support fast reactive marketing.
Support content preparation, simple copywriting & translation, presentation materials, and campaign recaps.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Fashion, Beauty, or related fields.
Passionate about beauty, social media, trends, and consumer marketing.
Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and current digital/social trends.
Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is a plus.
Experience in content creation, Canva, CapCut, or social editing tools is an advantage.
